Nations Direct Mortgage is accepting broker applications for both HUD approved and non-HUD approved clients. Your primary office (state of domicile) must be located in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, MT, NV, OR, TX, UT, or WA

Nations Direct Mortgage has partnered with Comergence Compliance monitoring to make your application process more streamlined and efficient.

In order to use the Nations Direct Mortgage/Comergence approval portal, a one time $69 non-refundable fee will be collected. However, this fee will be refunded to you upon funding your first loan with Nations Direct Mortgage.
